Once on the plan, customers get discounted per service rates charged on a time & material basis.

The BEST Managed Plan features are designed to give your organization leverage in different areas.

• More traditional approach to billing: based on Time and Material
• Components determined at the start of the support process, and can include: End User Support, Systems, Server, Data, Database, Security, Line-Of-Business Software, and other custom solutions
• UBIT solutions may be added. UBIT add-ons are evaluated on an agreement-by-agreement basis
