Balanced and Effective Support of Technology (B.E.S.T.) Plans are a series of custom ongoing management and systems support plans. These plans are all based on the fact that proactive management yields the best security, availability, and disaster recovery.

In preparation for a move to any of the BEST plans, working with the client, we define individualized timelines, schedules, and procedures based on our best-of-breed tools and capabilities. These functions comprise the individualized basis for the plans.

The plans differ in billing options and Service Levels as follows:


  • Performance Plan is a Service Level based agreement with many costs associated per user, function, and structure. Systems under this plan reside at the client site, and the plan elements cover on and off-site work.
  • Managed Plan is based on a more traditional hourly rated term. Systems under this plan reside at the client site.
  • Virtual Plan a service level based agreement. It main differentiator is that systems under this plan reside at our Data Center where they can take advantage of shared capabilities and immediate attention.

In an outsourcing situation, it is not unusual to use a combination of these plans to create the management piece of the package.
