A client desires to use Server based UBI (Use-Based Infrastructure) hardware as terminal environment to access data from 2 locations, while maintaining the master data server at client site and a backup data server in our data center. The client wishes to use our gateway email service, as well as access the redundant Database cluster.

The solution may involve the following components:

• Best Virtual Agreement for the hosting and management of the backup data server

• UBI agreements to cover the Terminal Servers


• UBI Agreement for Security Threat Protection software for the Terminal Servers


• Storage Agreement for backup storage and redundant off-site maintenance


• Database Hosting and Management agreement for redundant database access


• N2Y Mailworks Agreement covering the gateway and anti-SPAM services
